Delete Your Account
You can delete your Rootd account and all associated data directly from the app. No need to contact us — deletion is immediate and handled entirely in-app.

Open the Rootd app on your device.

Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation).

Scroll down to the Account section.

Tap "Delete Account."

Type the word "delete" to confirm.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within seconds.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile
- All journal entries
- All retwist records
- All progress photos
- All milestones
- All Loc Reports
- Notification preferences
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to access your account or the app, email us at support@rootdcentral.com and we'll process your deletion request manually within 30 days.
